Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Attriboard (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. They are provided in good faith and are not legal advice.

The Service

Attriboard provides marketing-attribution analytics: a tracking pixel, event ingestion, and a dashboard joining UTM traffic to Stripe revenue. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Attribution is a best-effort estimate based on the data available; we make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to collect the data you send us and must provide your own end-users with any legally required notice and consent. You agree not to abuse the Service, exceed your plan’s limits in bad faith, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage beyond plan limits may be metered or rate-limited.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will consider a refund at our discretion. Refunds are recorded against the original transaction.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or cost-abuse risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attriboard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
